Dear Sir/Mam,

I have H1 visa and citizenship of canada, right now i am in USA having Job status. I am going to marry with my husband who living in INDIA. and so I need H4 visa for him so that he can come with me at USA.

So what are the papers and procedure i have to do.
so i need the proper guidance for the same.
