Can we have a section where we can post cartoon pics of the day from popular newspapers in India (or elsewhere).

What if we give credit to the newspaper or site from where we post the cartoons pics.
I have seen some of the pictures posted on the PICTURE of the day from some of the indian newspaper for eg. the picture 2/3 days back with people walking on the tracks in mumbai was in midday (indian) newspaper few days back.
