I am from East London /Essex area too. I have been here 5 years got married to a Canadian and immigrated here. Has taken me a while to call Canada home but I actually love it now. my husband and i got married last year april, he's 26, im 25, both gujju. I was born and brought up in london and he is from bahrain, we live in bahrain right now, but are looking forward in starting a new beginning in toronto this year. Hopefully we should be there by mid this year...its very comforting to know that there are people of similar history out there....
