I agree with BL. AS DesiGarry has mentioned, in service industry, there could be some issues as satisfaction level of different people varies. Individual names and firms names must be avoided.

As an artist I often have a negative reaction when it comes to censorship . So now that I've had a bit of time to relax.
BL has provided a few good suggestions on how to tackle this issue. I particularly agree with BL that no one should be given \"angel\" status. I believe that the sucess of this site is primarily because people have been able to express their opinions freely. If you go through threads, you will also notice that we constantly regulate ourselves without attempting to silence anybody. Through these open debates we are providing valuable information to people so that they can draw their own conclussions.
As BL mentioned anybody *FOR* OR AGAINST a commercial entity should not post under a fake id and should provide information that can help verify the posters identity and claims.
I also vote that if anybody breaks this rule, the poster should be given a public warning by the moderator and be informed about the proper procedure. This will go a long way in guarding against manipulation by vested interests from BOTH SIDES.
Of course if someone wants to warn someone else in particular about a certain company they can always use the private messaging option.

As a new comer what i liked about this site was that the responses were quick and not commercialised. The guidance is provided by people who have first hand experience. I think if too much of control is put in it could reduce the popularity or ease of use.
I can suggest a way around the problem which is of concern. I think it would be good idea to keep a separate section for complaints or greviences. Moderators can keep a watch on the content so that there is no legal issue.
This will help a everybody to distinguish. Anyone who is not interested in such topics doesn't see it at all and he is able to see the helpful side of the site.

I have seen questions asked by the Customers to their Consultants on this site. If it is normal answer the consultnats answers them on site. TO cover some of the failure they say "look at the personal email I sent you" If they are honest and professional, they should answer those questions openly and appolise for the mistakes they have made openly.
