Hello,
Most of the desis would be aware of my case where the employer gave a wrong ROE to my wife with less hours and refused to give the correct ROE. Also, SC said we can't help in this case.
After 9 visits to Service Canada in 2.5 months and repeated pleas we have been able to force the employer to give the correct ROE and it has been mailed to us. The photo copies of all the cheques given to her helped us win the case.

I was getting a little worried on the outcome of this case. I am glad that it worked to your advantage.
Remember that for one sucess story, there might be 9 failure stories.
