Hi,
I do not know much about Food Industry.
I think, if you can join PizzaPizza Ltd even in their Call-Centre (Jarvis St, Toronto) and work for sometime. Then you can move out and join their Food Department - as soon as you get an opportunity.
Lots of people who worked in their Call-Center moved even to the IT Dept - ofcourse they had the background training in IT.
The best is to open your own Food Store - you will make a lot of money. This is an evergreen and very profitable business.
