See which one is correct and which do you use:

1) a) The power given him
OR
b) The power given to him

2) a) This morning ....
OR
b) Today Morning....

3) a) I could (or Should) have taken the bus
OR
b) I could (or should) of taken the bus.

??

I think 1(a) is correct. I use 1(b).
I use 2(a). Not sure which is correct or appropriate.
I use 3(a). I have heard 3(b) quite a few times.
