Bharat,
You can take your car or rental car, as long as you have your H1b papers and may be additionally employer's letter/pay stubs indicating that you are still working in US, it should not be a problem. Since the period for landing is very limited you have to get the landing documentation and that is the reason you are entering the canada. You have 5 years to choose from to decide on when you want live in Canada. Also Vehicle will not be allowed to import unless you produce export document from US. So it should not be a problem to land without the intentions of immediately migrating/moving. Yes they will mention about importing the car but what will you do with just a car when rest of your household stuff is still in US.
Either by air or land it should not be a problem to land.
Vipeen.
Thanks buddies for reply any way i am going to land by plane and will stay 2 to 3 months. so it shud not be any problem If I say this to IO ?
Thanks
Bharat
