Hello Friends,
Need some advise please, I have received a parking ticket at Scarborough Town Centre as I had parked the car underneath the over bridge by YMCA, it is a $60 ticket which I think is unbelievable that I would get a ticket for parking under a bridge, there was no signs anywhere regarding no parking and I have parked there several times previously as I go to YMCA to work out, I need some advise please as to how can I fight this ticket as I dont want to pay for this wrong ticket, any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Please reply.

Usually at the bottom (or back) of the ticket, there is a section that describes the dispute process.
It varies by city to city, but usually requires you to make an in-person visit to the office and get an appointment for arguing your case.
Please check that section on your ticket.

Fighting a parking ticket is easy as 123. You have to just go on south east corner of Sheppard / Markham . Take a date /time and see the judge . Most of the times u get the aptmnt right away . Try to get it done within 15 days from the date of voilation.

I found today morning on my windshield parking ticket taged. Yesterday night I parked my car on side of the road. There was no "NO PARKING" sign. but i parked on side of the road that's why They given me $20 parking ticket. Will go up my Auto insurance if i paid this ticket or I have to go in court for case.

Please advice me as i am new in canada and these happened to me first time. I am completely confused now. Please help me out......

Yes Desi # 1 you are right, I parked overnight on street, thanks for reply and clear my doubt. So better i can go and pay these ticket instead of go for fight.
