I got a $60 parking fine for parking in a tram stop point in Gerrard st. Will this affect my auto insurance? And will this remain in my driving record? What other repercussions will this have?
Thanks for any suggestions.
It won't effect your insurance. It is only charge for visiting Gerard
That's good :-)
I was worried that my already high rate of auto insurance would climb now.
So, for a parking fine, I won't get any demerits, and it won't go on my driving record, correct?

Though there are no demerit points and it won't show up on your MVR/Auto-Plus Report also BUT if you do not pay that fine nor you fight that ticket, then your license can be suspended and if the license is suspended, it will definitely show up on MVR report which in turn WILL affect your insurance.
