Last thursday I have parked my car one of the road side .There are few cars in front of my car and the parking sign board was out of sight and I was able to see only the green parking sign and i could not see the the arrow mark showing opposite side for 2 hour parking.
I have finished my work withing 15 min and returned to my car and noticed $ 25 parking ticket on wind shield and other cars as well.
so it worth to fight explaing the reasons that the parking sign was out of sight or pay the fine?

Call them on the contact number on the ticket and explain them the situation. They may void the ticket or else you can go to any body who deals with it and pay them some fee and you may get it reduced (total you have to pay including fees will be < $25).

Yes its too bad you didnt notice the sign but oh well? its only $25 and you did technically break the parking law.

Are you saying you are ticketed for parking for 15 minutes in a free parking spot that allows you to park for two hours?
You can fight it if you want. If you ever get called for court (takes years in Toronto), you may be spending at least few hours or even full day waiting for your turn and fine may get reduced.

Its not worth it 
To fight you have to go to court, that means time off or spoilt weekends
so just pay it i say. its not that big an amount

well as desiskywalker say its not worth it...
However, i can still apply for " Plea not Guilty " and try to send nice letter with some proof of pictures...
they will take 30 to 60 days to review your case - then u will received decision
once u receive decission from them u still have chance to pay back and avoid court.
I am not 100% sure but u hv to pay little extra if they found u guilty ( probably 7% interest )
best way to call them and find out about how the process works. for risk of some % extra its worth apply for " Plea not guilty"
at least, u will gain some experience dealing with this kind of situation as well as there might be chance that they will give decision in your favor.
