The age of teens - the teenage, is full of energy.
What's required is proper direction to that energy.
We all have gone thru that age.

Talking about my experience in a mid-to-small-size city in India (Baroda, Guj.)
Teens in 80's drove bike (bicycle) at a huge speed. And teen’s thought of as it's cool!
In 90's came the time of two wheelers - scooter or bike* (motor bike)

And now is the time for cars.

As Chandresh mentioned: strict laws ? Prolonged prison? I don't totally disagree. But I won't even agree with these.

May be revoke driving privileges? till they turn 25 ? 30 ?

Or fine for immediate family member who "provided" the tool ? But how do I have a 100% guarantee that the next generation will strictly (and I said strictly) follow the words of their parents ?

Combination of "Crime" and "Teens" definately concerns me.
This is a highly controversial topic.

Harper should definitely initiate this.

Shouldn't you? You bring some sense to this forum (at times!!)

Besides, your screen name gives a very nice and cool feeling........sensuous too, and even if you did not deserve it, you ought to get it (the special treatment!)

Let me ask you were you ok with ontario governments decision to ban pitbulls???

Did you just add this part?
I think the government is putting a bandaid solution on a problem by banning pitbulls
Dogs are socialized - they can be negatively socialized and become vicious, depressed and attack. Its their guardians that are responsible. I would hope those owners of vicious dogs be banned from owning animals. That would be justice dont you think?

Im a dog lover and dog owner - and I think its how you raise/keep them. Its not an 'innate' trait. JMHO.

I was in the process of editing it when you added that.

So looking at your answer, the kids should have been better raised/kept so that they dont do such things right!
Then thats got nothing to do with banning NFS.........That should clear the air then.
