I had applied for PR in 2000. I could not submit Marriage certificate at that time, 'coz I was denied by the Certificate issuing authorities saying that bride age at the time of marriage was only 16years. Now CHC is stubborn on that. What can be an alterantive?

your bride must be over 18 now. get the marriage registered now showing the actual [real] marriage date. ... and then submit marriage certificate.
