I am glad I found this site, I was wondering if anyone can help me out here

Has anyone successfully sponsored their parents on Humanatarian and Compassionate Grounds

My situation is very sensitive, please take a momnent to read it

I am a Canadian Citizen and ONLY child of my parents (Indian Citizens) who are 60 & 62 Respectively

We DONT have a home in India and they are currenty working without legal status in USA to make ends meet. They can work for 6-8 months at the most

They have multiple entry visa to Canada which expires 10th April' 2006

I wanted to sponsor them but after reading through sponsoryourparents.ca, I really got discourged and couldnt imagine the waiting period

I am in dilemma here, should I ask them to come now and take a chance with H & C

OR

Should I sponsor them and wait, is there any improvement in the current wait times because if thats the case we might manage 2 years and so on

I have been working since July 05 and dont meet the minimum income requirement at the moment, although I can work 24/7 to make more in order to fulfil the LICO

Can someone provide me any immigration service which also deals in accounting in Vancouver

Also, if they don't come before their visa expitry date; is it relatively easy to extend/re-apply for another Multiple Visa through Invitation (by me)- each hold 4 passports with lots of visas and travel proof from out better days

I would appreciate feeback, thank you
