I have lived in the US since the past 15 years. I dont want to move until im 100% sure that I will not get my GC before I loose my Canada PR. I am doing it so that I have no remose thinking "man if I had spent a few more months I would have got my US GC". I am a victim of the backlog of labor certification and Employment based retrogression in US.

Thanks . I was thinking along similar lines. Also not only is m wife studying, but she is studying Nursing which is a severly shortage occupation in Canada too.
