Do even you fit into your stereotype of desis? I sure dont. This desi is the only one in my company and my output is much higher in quality and quantity. the bosses recognise this fact too and treat me accordingly. Now suppose you were my boss and did not hire me because of your penchant for stereotyping...who would be at a loss?

BTW: you mentioned Einstien. You know that he was a Jew(non-observant) right? Also that jews have been stereotyped and that 'Aryan' hitler would have given him the same fate he gave to other jews?

Your thinking seems to be behind the times and its your probably your loss.

If you want to build an creative and forward thinking work athmosphere...you need people from all walks of life. I have worked and still work in such an environment and its a pleasure to see all of us, from all across the globe, come together to work for common goals. It would be a pity if the workforce was homogeneous or classified according to race rather than ability.

If its maximum output you are after you can probably go for slave labour. After all a country in the south was built on the backs of those slaves(whose race you now classify as lazy/inferior in terms of output).

Like I said Duncan...ask yourself if you need an education.
