Hi Guys
I need a little too important information regarding discrepancy in my phone bill.
My phone company comwave overcharged me extra $13 in this month statement for a call thru my credit card which I made to China.
Customer service acknowledged the mistake in their part but refused to refund money and said we don’t have policy to return money and so I have discontinued my phone connection with comwave.
Please advise me what can I do in this case; can I ask any govt or public agency
to help me or to file a complain.

I spoke to manager too and he also refused me to transfer the money in my credit card back....
