Charlie,
I already told the board that it was a hypothetical situation. I was asking this question to broaden my choices in the near future. Almost every one that i meet and tell my story advise me to go to USA and work there.

Thanks for the reply but i have one more doubt.
How will the USA immigration monitor me. When i enter the country (USA) will the USA immigration enter my details in the computer system (i donot even need a passport to enter the country!). I know for sure that the USA does not moniter me when i exit at the Can-USa border (eg. @ niagra falls by walk). If i finish the 180 days in USA and return to Canada, when is the next time i can enter USA legally (wait time/ cool off period)
TK

I don't think INS would be monitoring how long you stayed in the USA. But if they ever want to track your movements (which they do right now only for criminals and suspected terrorists), they can easily monitor the length of your stay and where you are and what you are doing. I don't want to eloberate on the methods used by department of homeland security for tracking terrorist suspects/criminals as I don't want the information I know to be available for the bad guys.

I am not a immigration expert but I believe once you set your foot in Canadian soil after 180 days of stay in USA, you can go back for another 180 days of stay unless US immigration objects your entry into the US.
