Hello,

I am back to the forum after quite some time, and will spend some time dgging through the posts.

But have a quick question if some one can provide some insight into.

I am still working in USA and want to move to close to the border as that gives me an advantage of moving back and forth to USA for work.

The question is any one on this forum, is in a similar situation, meaning living in the Niagara region and commute to work to US cities close by, like , Buffalo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh etc ?

Thanks in advance.

You mean daily commute?

I think it is possible only for Buffalo and may be for Rochester area. Pittsburg is very far - about 5 hours. Cleveland is about 3 hours from Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls is nice and inexpensive area to live.

Hi Thanks for the response.
No, not on a daily basis, but on a weekly basis or 4 days a week or so...
I know this depends on the driving distance etc
one can drive daily for an hour or hour and a half maximum, one way and not more than that.
but if the drive time is more than 3 -4 hours then only a weekly basis.

So anyone you know, is doing this? and any experince of traffic delays etc.

As I am seriouly contemplating this option, since my project in Cleveland OH, is not permitting any other options :)

you also mentioned about this is nice and inexpenive, any idea on the school district there?
Thanks again for your response.
