I have been to the one inside Erin Mills Town Centre on 5100 Erin Mills Pkwy (Eglinton n erin mills pkwy). I found it very informative and clean.

I dont know of any good Pediatric dentist. But the address I gave you of Dr. Kalbfleisch, he does have 3/4 other dentist practicing with him. Maybe one of them specializes in children's dentistry. You could give them a call or they might recommend someone.
