Hi Friends,

I have got my immigrant visa and am planning to land in Vancouver somewhere in July from Seattle,WA.Now my husband after completing the formalities will be heading back to th US to continue with his job whereas I will stay there till I recieve our PR cards and SIN cards.I was wondering if there are places in vancouver with month to month lease option so i could rent an apartment till I get our cards.Any good motel with reasonabl price and close access to the malls a and public transportation would also do.Also the other thing I wanted to know is that how can one apply for government jobs.Are there any specific newspapers to consult or any particular website to visit???

Please help me in these matters.
