Both of them suck. Their service is bad to say the least.( I have an account in India and I knew their service was pathetic, but due to some requirements I had to open). It’s over 9 days since I had opened an account in Canada, and they are yet to activate my internet banking(Not to forget my internet banking account for Indian account is not operating for more than 1.5 years). Every time I call them, they say they would activate in 2 days.
Worst still, when I wanted to speak to their head of banking or to one of the senior managers, they (the customer center) say that they do not have their numbers and take down my number for them to call me. I am waiting for their call?
Any guys enjoying the same service from ICICI bank!!
I had the same problems with ICICI. I opened an NRE savings account so that i can send money to india but they send me everything except the deposit slips for bank of montreal with who they have a tie up. i belive i did wait at least a month before i saw those slips.

I had the worst ever experience from ICICI Bank Canada - Brampton branch . They made me wait for almost over 3 hours for account opening...
Then post 3 hours , they still did not have any time for opening account as the all the branch staff was busy in Chit chat ..... But not servicing the customers...
It is not only myself but there were 2-3 other customers which also went back home without any outcome.
This shows that whether it is ICICI Bank Canada or India the service standards are the same.
Also , the link posted in this section contains information about complaint,etc.. But that will be valid only for ICICI Bank India and not for ICICI Bank Canada...!!!

Try contacting ICICI Bank Canada - Ravi Balchandani, Senior Manager, Marketing and Public Affairs, (416) 847-7905, ravi.balchandani@icicibank.com. He can direct you to the correct contact person for escalation. In case there is no response from him, you can write a mail to him regarding his pathetic response with a CC to K V Kamath. .
