What difference does it make..? do you want money or do you want vindication/revenge.. ?
If you want money your best option is to try and get something by sweet-talk.. maybe more help for already paid money etc.. Maybe help with something else.. barter .. anything really .. be creative..
If you want vindication.. you get it thro' any court.. and then you can screw him really thro' pamplates etc.. coz then you won't have just some rant published but a court order showing he screwed you over , got nailed and IS STILL not giving you money.. I read something like this abt a company I am in the market for.. I ain't touching it..
I bet even CD might be able publish court order on it's website then.. coz then it's not just some kid for south-side ranting and raving.. it's a legal decision..
