I am told by a company that they will obtain work permit for me to come and work in canada. The question is-
Q- while in canada can I apply for PR and if yes,
Q- then where- Buffalo or delhi and in either case
Q- how long will it take to obtain PR.

Buffalo, it woud be much faster
Q- how long will it take to obtain PR.
usually 18-24 months, though depending upon case to case

-depends on your background and file presentation, i applied in buffalo and got my PR in 15 months
