What's the best place you guys have found for printing digital photos? Keeping in mind both the price and the quality dynamic? What about print enlargements?

I'd like to get some photos printed and the emphasis is on quality, however don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Would appreciate some feedback.

I've been using costco and walmart. 4x6 per print costs 18 and 19c.
Once in a while it's 15c or even 12c. To me it's more convinient - upload on net and pay-and-pickup at store. Usually ready in a day or two. Both offers kindof photo editing - basic stuffs like brightness, red eye reduction , blah blah blah. Excellent quality. No other issues well yea except walmart crowd leads to more wait time.
The enlargements costs about the same as BigVee mentioned. Here is what walmartphotocentre.ca offers

on a related note, I have plenty of pictures but no frames. can you tell me where i can get cheap frames..

The cheapest photoframes are available at any dollar store. If you want a good quality one...try homeoutfitters,winners etc.... There is a mikasa sale going on right now that has 8x12 frame for $15.
