Well you got jugdgement against the agent. Now you need to find out where they live and if they own any asset like house, and I guess you can put lien against their house. I am not sure how go about it, you will need to get a lawyer to that.
Well it is interesting that you were trying to sell the condo since 2001 and did not get success. Could you emlighten us as to which area it is in and the reason for so much difficulty in selling since the market was supposed to be hot (and supposedly) still is.

True. "Silverman Helps" has fought many cases for people who solicit help. You could try that perhaps.

Just wondering if you can complaint against this agent to realtors association.
I think you should expose such crooks.We put lot of efforts in making money so think about it.
I am sure this fraud is punishable by law.
