Hello skd8,
I noted that the papers were from a court In Toronto, Canada. So, please search for the questionaire pertaining to that particular province, as the laws may differ from province to province.
One of the websites are (LINK) : http://www.untietheknot.ca/
Next one: http://www.divorceonline.ca/?gclid=CIP-xb3wqowCFQyIPgodbTfeXQ
Third one: http://www.divorceincanada.ca/general.htm
Depending on how many years that you were married to him and if there are any issues or problems to be addressed, please consult a local lawyer there in India and seek a resolution of the same, before signing the final papers. Few rupees that you will be spending will be well worth the answers that you are seeking. Also, do it soon, do not dilly dally.
Print this letter or download the same onto a floppy and take it to him. He can then bring up the screens and read and explain the same to you there.
Do not forget that you do have a few rights.
Wish you all the best in the future.
Freddie.
