Hey friends, I am a student in Canada since past 3 yrs completing diploma in management, which is about to complete. Even I have 8 months of work experience in government job with many volunteer activities in college. I don’t know when to apply for immigration or when is the best time for it. Is it after completing diploma or degree or masters? I had roughly given the assessment that shows I got 68 points but still this thing is so much confusing. U guys are well experienced and know more then I do so please let me know what should I do???
