Which one is better for casual netsurfing ,with exceptions of downloading stuff.
Is there anything better then Rogers. Pls share your experiences with either service

I think Primus/Bell are not that bad and their prices are also reasonable.

I always go with the Rogers, excellent customer service. I would preffer LITE connection because it's really good for the home users. I'm have it too and worked so far great. Don't go for the Ultra lite connection because it's a waste of money.

My personal experience, Bell is always better in custome service than Rogers. I have been loyal customer for Bell. Anytime, I complain about prices, their questions is how much do you want to pay. They usually match the lowest available in the market. e.g. Bell's internet price was $ 20 a month. Rogers was offering at $ 15 a few yrs ago after takeing 10 % discount for subscribing to multiple services. Bell matched Rogers $ 15 for basic braodband. Bell has always matched lowest price for any product available in the market.

Roger on the other hand has customer service policies that are weird. I wanted an emergency plan for my Rogers cell. I was told it does not exist. The plan I was on for $ 45 was the lowest one available. I got the emergency plan only when I told them to disconnect my service. So the emergenc plan exists but unless you threaten to cancel your service, it will not be available to you.
