Hello everyone,
I need your quick help and advice. My uncle applied for his immigration at Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately his application was rejected due to insufficient funds. Is there any way my uncle has resubmit his financial information to embassy and get his application re-evaluated. He did show that he has sufficient funds but for some reason it was not accepted. Is it possible for him to ask for a re-evaluation? Please advice.
Would really appreciate if any one knows how to work around this problem.
Thanks in advance.
Iqbal

Do you know of any one who has faced a similar situation as my uncle did?

Hi, I don't know if our case is/was similar to your Uncle's case but the first time we applied for PR it also got rejected (saying that my hubby doesn't qualify in the skilled category...he's a CA from India and did his CPA from Sacramento, California...weird isn't it). Our lawyer took the case to the court and the decision was in our favor where they revaluated our application and we were given the PR later. If he's going via a lawyer then he should be able to advise your uncle and if you are sure that the rejections was on wrong grounds, and then please ask your lawyer to help you file a plea.
Hope this helps in anyway.
Jona
Thanks Jona. I have asked my uncle to do the same...
