my INLAWS are visiting CANADA and i have applied for their extesion of visa. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO APPLY FOR THEIR PR CARD FROM HERE ITSELF? IS IT GOING TO HELP. OR IS IT GOING TO BE POSSIBLE TO APPLY FOR 2ND EXTENSION AFTER THE 1ST ONE IS OVER?

Mr Bond, 2nd extension is given in rare cases. Applying PR for parents is two fold process, (1) Sponsor them (takes 2-3 years) and then (2) Apply for permanent residency.

If you want them to come again on visit visa, better it would be to let them go back and call them back again.
