It states that Medical Papers have been requested on 29th December but till the day, we have not received any mail from London.
IMM CAT: NV5.
The above text states that Immigration Category NV5. My question is what is NV5?

And finally what is PI screen done?
Your help for above clarification shall be appreciated.

Sir,
I thank you for your appropriate response and trust that your honor has agreed my understanding that IMM 10175S with requested date is purely medical papers and for that I have sent immediate fax to London on reviewing your advice.
I am more concerned about our locked in date specified by Damascus as September 2000 but now London is rightly indicating processing started from May 03,2003 after receiving our file from Damascus. Also our file have been transferred as per CIC direction only.Could you help clarifying that London would consider our case as transition law or continue to evaluate under IRPA regulations.
Thanks,
Mrs. Praveen Daruwala
It should mean 'processing in London' not from locked-in date.
Your case should be processed under the old rules. Doesn't make much difference for the category you have applied under.
