A friend of mine want to apply for Immigration to Canada under skilled worker category by himslef. He is facing a confusion in language factor, so you seniors guys please help accordingly. As all well aware that in new SAP process all documents will have to submi when they required including IELTS result. So without doing the IELTS in initial level, how can we determine our points in English language, in easy words what to write in langauge question at the time of case applying. I hope you guys are understanf my question.
Please help.

include a letter saying that your education was in english (also the number of years) and that you use english in the workplace etc and to request waiver of ielts(which they will not) - once the initial application is accepted you will receive a letter asking to take ielts and submit results within 120 days

Do you happen to know the necessary IELTS score to be able to get the full points for English language requirement? Which test do the require? General or Educational? If there is link that explains this requirement, please post it here. I really appreciate your time and help.

Thanks, but the link does not help me very much. It does not talk about the CIC IELTS score requirement.
