Hi all.
My parents are in USA since 3 yr's as Greencard holder. I sponsered them in 2005 for P.R of Canada. Recently I got some papaers from canadian immigration as file is under processing and may be they will get visa call too.
I prefer interview in Buffelo.
Is any situation or rule can stop my parents to get P.R of Canada???

I don't believe it will be any issue actually getting Permanent Residence in Canada. Maintaining both at the same time if you wanted to maybe another issue.
