Anyone following this. Iowa was a shocker to Hillary. She is now trailing in NH. Obama from nowhere has stormed into the top. Hillary was banking heavily on woman voters.

Americans are tired with Bush and Clintions. They now need a new face and Obama is the person for them. Obama is compared with Kennedy( Orator)
And winner is: Comeback lady
The primaries are interesting, esp. the duel between Clinton and Obama.
I know that Obama is coming on the change wagon, but it's one thing to promise "change", and it's quite another thing to have a clear plan and agenda for what that change is and looks like.
Reminds me of the Indian political slogan of "garibi hatao" from the 1980s, so successfully used by Indira Gandhi's Congress party.
He's calling for change - but what is that change and how does he propose to implement it.
Hillary is of course using the nostalgia of the Bill Clinton good times to rest her case, plus the fact that she's a woman.
As for the comparison with JFK, I have my doubts.
For all his charisma, JFK brought little "change".
It's true that he led the country through some very rough times (Cuban missiles, etc.) and was a great ambassador for America internationally (incidentally, JFK's times were some of the best relations between India and USA).
However, there was not much "change".
Comparatively, leaders like FDR brought about much larger change than JFK.
Both Obama and Clinton will face tough voters, but I suspect Clinton will meet a much more serious bias and resistance from the voters than Obama because of her history.
People will still remember the Watergate scandal, all that gossip about her and Bill breaking up, their daughter out of control, etc.
Also, her openly liberal stands on issues like Health Care etc. are resisted by many folks on the fence.
There are middle class people in the US that would rather vote for a yellow dog than Clinton - she will face a lot of such resistance, which Obama does not have to deal with because he has no history.
Anyhow, it'll be interesting to see how the next little bit shapes up.

Do you know that the west accuses the Asian countries of dynastic politics but if Hillary Clinton wins the American Presidential elections in this year it shall be 24 years in a row that the US had a president with the last name either as Bush or Clinton.
