I and my wife are both from Toronto. (I am a Landed Immig and my wife is Canadian(desi)). We got married in India, in a Gurdwara enjoying all the cultural and religious ceremonies . Its been 2 yrs now!
How can we register our marriage in Canada? My wife wants to change her last name to my lastname, but Banks, MTO, Health - they all want a marriage proof. But all I have is Gurdwara certificate and our pictures from wedding.
We have our join name on rental lease, plus we have same mailing address for our letters.
Any advise !!!
