I am just inquiring to see if any other candidate for permanent immigration under skilled worker category has recently received Marriage questionnaire from Delhi Embassy asking to submit answers to about 14 questions related to marriage?

Recently my brother received a marriage questionnaire in e-mail from embassy asking to submit marriage photos, post wedding photos with spouse in social gathering. The marriage questionnaire mostly asks about when you were introduced to wife, any contact with wife before marriage, when and where you met wife first in person, mediator for introduction to wife etc. I have not heard before about such questions asked by embassy so I want to know your opinion.
