Here is a link at the bottom. Please click on it and see if you sent your application to that address. If you did, then, you have the address to which you can forward the papers to them.

First question: When you first applied in U.K. did you get a response back with a file number? If so, do you have it handy. If you do, then, you have a number to which you can address the new information to. Also provide them with the name of the individual who successfully completed the IELTS and the Marks or the level obtained in that exam.

Second Question: When your girlfriend applied to CHC U.K. for Canadian Immigration, did she have enough points to qualify? If so, she will have more than adequate points now, after the IELTS. (She also completed the IELTS? Corrrect?)

Now you both are married. Please inform the change of status to the SAME address with the SAME file number and with the person's Name and address and ask them to update the files with the NEW information and please request for an acknowledgment of the same. They will do it due course.

Please send attested copies and not the originals. When they ask for all of the Originals, you can send them by courier or registered Post. (Attesting or Notarizing means, you take it to a Notary there and get 'his signature' on the 'copies' and with his official stamp saying that it is a "true copy' of the original.)

Hope this helps.

Please check up if your wife submited the application under Simplified Application process(SAP) or Regular Application process.

If she submitted the application under SAP, you are not required to submit any additional documents at this stage. The only information CIC requires at this stage is if the mailing address for your wife has changed.

As and when the Visa post in UK is ready to process your wife's application, they will ask her to submit complete set of application forms, along with supporting documents etc. This is the stage when she would inform them about her marriage with you and you being in Canada on a study permit.

However, if she has applied under Regular Application process, she must submit a copy of marriage certificate, updated Application for PR in Canada,
Additional family Info Form for herself AND Background /Declaration Form and Additional family info forms for you.

Rightly mentioned by Freddie, the documents will go to Visa Post in UK, mentioning her file number so that they can add these documents in her file.

Best wishes

Praveen
