Cleaning, cooking, phone (takes almost whole day if call to few relatives in india), today is for entertainment.

Its not long weekend for the whole country. This is a provincial holiday, but interestingly most of the province enjoy it except Quebec & some others

This is the link of all the provincial & territorial holidays. Also you can click on the holidays at national level & can see the holidays which are enjoyed all over the country

I am deeply offended by your post and specifically the subject. Can you please tell me how the above doesn't apply to the rest of Canada outside Ontario? As much as I love Ontario, your post is offensive to the rest of Canada.

Remember, the site's name is still 'CANADIANdesi' and not 'ONTARIOdesi'. You better be.

I know my statements are harsh. But that's how I felt.

Take care and enjoy your weekend! By the way, my long weekend is going really good, even if you didn't ask me - the Vancouverite.

hmmm...You are in deep sh** man:D ...well try these below tips.. from one married man to another ..

1) Just buy 2 new cellphones and come home...when asked say that the phone company had a new family plan where they take the old one and gave an additional phone for the wifey..;) ..

2) Just say that one of the guys at the office made a derogatory mother-in-law joke and of course, you had to get into a fistfight and smashed the cellphone in the melee...:D

Let us know how it works out for you..
