Hello Friends,
Just wanted some quick tips from IT/Tech gurus at CD, can someome please tell me which is a safe torrent site to download torrents (virus free) and what software do I have to use to complete the download from Torrent, any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Well, to tell you frankly, if you have rogers, avoid torrents. They people might send you notice of not to use torrent, else no service. I am not sure about Bell or any other service provider but I experienced Rogers people...
BTW...there are lots of torrent sites and I used to like isohunt.com
The software is called 'Bitorrent'. You may search on google for the same.

I personally like mininova since users comment on the validity of torrents. If it has any viruses, you will most likely find a comment warning you.

Are you sure about that? I have had Rogers since two years have never received such a warning (yes, I am a torrent user). Perhaps the warning for me is in the mail
