Experience document that are required for Canadian Experience Class

Hi,
I am planning to apply for Canadian Immigration under the Canadian Experience Class. I went through the document checklist and found that I have to submit a document that would prove the number of hours of work I do per week. Unfortunately, I don't have any document that has this information.
But I do have a document that mentions that I am a FULL TIME employee of the company.
Can anybody suggest if this document if OK as an alternative to number of hours of work document?
Also most of the documents that I have (to prove my Work Experience) are scanned PDF documents.
Can anybody suggest if computer printout of Work Experience documents is acceptable for the Canadian Experience Class? (Although the document checklist suggests for submitting ORIGINAL work experience documents)

Please tell your Employer that you are applying to go to Canada as an Experienced Class worker and you need the following.
1) A document with the number of hours that you work per week or month.
2) You do have a document that says that you are a full time employer so that should give them an idea as to the working days in a month.
3) Tell them that you work 5-1/2 days a week if it is so.
4) Ask your Employer to provide you with the job specifications.
5) Also ask them for a letter with the number of years of service with them for the experience they ask for.
The Employer should provide you with one if you ask them in writing. There is no short cut to this.
