Can any one share their experience of applying for travel document for Permanent residents from the visa office in New Delhi?
It will be great if some one can tell me how ling it usually takes for the process?

PLEASE CONTACT VFS FROM HERE OR AFTER YOUR LANDING IN INDIA.
Please use the Electronic filing of your application, if you want a five day service. NO PAPER APPLICATION. Use a courier with a prepaid return courier Envelope, so you can track the application and its movement.

The VFS web link is gone. But the Philipine web link still gives you FIVE DAYS. You will have to click on the 2D BAR CODE link.

Since you will be in front of the VFS staff when filing, you can establish a link from here over the phone and cotact the established link and the person that you spoke with from here in INDIA, after you land.
THIS IS NOT MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. But all of these from the website. But I can contact them over the phone to verify and confirm. You may please do so yourself and establish a link with some one there.
