you have posted this on Sep 08 and expires in October 8, , so in month contract will end ??????
u must have made mistake on expiry date , please find out what is the expiry date

Just call back. You will get another rep and he/she will do it. I know of cases where they released 3 yr contract after only 1 yr was completed.
