There is plenty of money in the system....putting more in it is not the answer.

For example, note the Montfort hospital is dedicated to delivery of health care in french....it is laughable in a province where people are on waiting lists for all kinds of things that this province actually wastes tax dollars on linguistically taylored health care....give me a break!

The language of health care should NOT even be an issue. The natural composition of the workforce alone would overcome any linguistic barriers between doctors and patients.
