Thanks for all the suggestions what i did was just godsend to me i googled for a sleep dentistry specialist and i got a specialist appointment by luck on friday and got the surgery done had to pay a hefty amount from my pocket as part of the services was not covered by insurance but nevertheless was happy to see my child smiling again phew !! its a time i will never forget in my life !
