Hi! there!
I am really amazed and thankful to all who share their views on the different kinds of problems faced by our fellow Indians.
The query i have this time is whether after landing for the first time, what is the rule with the OHIB card in a case where the person will out of Canada for 2 to 3 years. I was told that if you are not in the country then it is not legal to apply for a OHIB card. Help on the subject pls.
Oops! I quite forgot to mention the second query, with the goods we are bringing to Canada, do we have to specify in detail what is in each box, so to say.
Thanks to all of you once more.

Are u talking about goods to be shipped in later?
For goods to be shipped in later, there is a form that you need to fill. I do not think you need to specify that "A" box has item 1 and "B" box has item 2 and so on.
