did u hire any lawyer? one of my friend was rejected as he could not sent his updation on time ,as he never recieved any email from CIC . his brother who is a lawyer in canada filed an appeal in canada court,and his cas was reopend.
what i could not understand in your case is when UAE police is not issuing a PCC, something which is not in your hand. gulf govt departments are as worst as any indian department.
i really wish that you get your PR something what you and your family is waiting since years.

Do you know a good lawyer whom I could trust and who will not just milk me for money ? I have researched a few on the net but the doubts about their integrity keep lingering at the back of my mind.

if you dont mind did they ask you UAE PCC along with medical,ppr,rprf? or they asked after you finished your medicals? i know its boring to reply me again and again but i just want to understand the rejections.

Before the expiry of 45 day limit, I was asked to send meds and PPs

by PCC you mean indian PCC or UAE PCC? please clarify ir you wish.
