She has a engineering degree but her 3 years exp was not related to QA or IT..

The repeat was free ,most ppl just take what is dished out mostly because they get the money from EI.. some ppl complained and they were allowed to repeat

Institute only gives training, any other things hitech or anyother institue says will be only false promises .. COOP she got by my contacts and on her own merit by appearing for an interview..
I wouldn't pay 3K-4K for QA course.
i would just go threw fast track crashed course , just to get familiar with process and tools then study my own.

HiTech asked 1500 for my wife and she bargained it to 1400.. This was 2 years back..
Now it may be different but cant be a whole lot more..
