Hi

As far as i know the current pass mark for immigration to Canada under the Skilled Worker category is 67.

if i calculate my profile i may get the exact value given i.e 67.
Whereas if i get arranged employment i will get an additional 10 points.
May i know the procedure to get arranged employment, which is the best way to get it?
Do any one (senior CD's)of u know the reliable consultants or placement agencies who can get AEO?

I know few consultancies like Y-axis who deal with it, but when i see the reviews on this consultancy am not very happy to go with them.

Please advice.

Thanks in advance,
Abhi

You know the job you are currently holding. You know your Educational Qualifications also. You seem to know the NOC classification that your job falls under, also you know the points you have scored in your assessment. You might also need to get through your IELTS exam too.

If that is all that is needed, then, apply and see what they will tell you at the CIC selection center in Sydney. After they approve your application, spend the rest of your life, here in Canada.

For a long while the Canadian Government has played a neat trick on the Immigrants by bringing them here and making them spend their savings or slog for a living. Now the shoe is on the other foot. people are coming here and leaving till situation improves and people get some recognition for their qualifications. For all of this to happen, they have opened up a center there in New Delhi with whom you can correspond or drop in and seek for proper help. Here is the link to them. They will be the best person to get in touch with for suitable employment also. More on it here.

They want to see you here and hit the ground running. I still think of the days when I alighted from a running train. Mmmmm..... Clack clack....

If they give you the arranged employment then they will know that your money does not enter the equation in our economy, because you might not bring it in to spend, but you are here to make and leave. That is a bad situation for the economists here.

We only hear about the consultants. We don't know any of them. So, if you know anyone and how they have been helping individuals here, then we will also help you and them too. So please do drop us a note about the GOOD Consultants for us to know too.

There are two kinds of Good here in canada. One is Very very Good and the next one is Good too, but they fall under the NFG, just like the chques. * Expletives deleted.

If you or any one is a member of the Better Business Bureau anywhere, then approach them and ask them to provide you with a reference about X. Y or Z in Canada who is doing business under such and such name. When they provide you with one, see it is to your liking, then approach them for their placement services. If they ask you for MONEY, then drop them like a HOT Potato. Their services should be free or they can collect it from the guy who is hiring you. YOU TELL THEM THAT TOO, in no uncertain terms.

Freddie.
