Are GO transit buses from Dixie to Downtown reliable.

I have taken the GO train a few times from Brampton to Union Station. They get bunched up at the Union Station and there is always a delay in the release of the proper platforms and some times the TEN minutes feels like eternity. All of this happens when the frequencies of the trains get increased in the PEAK hours of transit. But boy-o-boy is it ever fast, it beats the subways and the buses by a long shot.

Now to the buses... :

Go buses from Dixie does get into traffic jams, except when they enter the HOV lanes and they try and keep up with their time schedules most of the times. Also they do not stop to pick up the commuters except at the designated stops. NOTE : They cost a little bit more than the TTC buses and Monthly Passes on TTC. If you use any Bus or a Train, leave ONE BUS early if you have to punch in the clocks at work. That will make you an Ontime employee. Some companies have honour systems in place and you can get in at anytime and leave work after you fill in the number of hours. So, you are the master of your time. No Penalties.

There is a proposal for the improvement of these services and there is a great big publication about it and Bob Ford just junked the proposal for the LRT and I have no clue what is happening at that end any more. They all are trying to juggle our lives trying to balance their budgets.
